The second Lakeside build was a medium sized project consisting of a new detached bungalow overlooking the lake. Large-scale excavation works were carried out in order to ensure the existing site was ready for construction.
The works commenced on December 2019 and completed April 2020, totalling a contract period of 5 months from start to finish. The property was constructed from timber frame and clad in Yorkshire and Ashlar stone with a pitched welsh blue state roof. The project was constructed on a similar style to the larger build undertaken with this client.
The proposed property, known as the annex is a two bed and open plan style property, with a carer room. Large sliding bifold’s take up a large section of the lakeside elevations. The project was undertaken to a very high specification in order to meet the requirements of our client.
Our client also required a new driveway leading to the property which was constructed from York stone and granite paving’s to complete the property.
