Our main contract team recently completed the construction of six detached homes in Drighlington, Leeds. The scheme was a follow on from a successful project delivered by our team in Birstall for Daisy Rock Investments in 2016.
The existing site comprised of two bungalows with detached garages. Large scale demolition and excavation works were required in order to ready the site for construction of the proposed properties. The demolition and excavation works took a total 16 weeks within our programme.
The proposed development consisted of six detached five bedroomed properties located across the site. The homes were constructed from timber frame and faced in Yorkshire stone with pitched slate roofing.
Each property was delivered to the highest of quality and specific to the buyers needs. The site underwent large scale external works to complete the high-end finish which our client required.
