Our main contract team undertook a large project in order to construct a new detached property overlooking Hollingworth Lake. An existing property was located on the site and therefore this required demolishing, along with large scale excavation works.
The works commenced on April 2019 and completed December 2019, totalling a contract period of 9 months from start to finish. The property was constructed from timber frame and clad in Yorkshire and Ashlar stone with a pitched blue state roof.
The proposed property comprised of three double bedrooms and a large master bedroom suite located to one side of the property. An extensive open plan kitchen and living area and a gym. Our client required large scale external works in order to achieve a social patio area to the rear. To the front of the property comprised of new stonework boundary treatment works with a sliding security gate and a triple garage.
The project was undertaken to a very high specification in order to meet the requirements of our client. The success of this project led onto further developments with our client.
