Our main contract team completed the refurbishment of an existing detached bungalow located in Skelmanthorpe, Huddersfield. The existing property was constructed in the 1960’s and faced in red brick and concrete roof tiles.
The works consisted of the construction of two extension located the front and rear of the property, complete refurbishment to the internal spaces in order to provide an open plan layout. Replacement of the existing roof, windows, garden and the mechanical and electrical systems. To finish the construction, we applied an external wall insulation system and a silicone render finish.
